About the Role:
EXP Fulfillment is a fast-growing 3PL company looking for motivated field sales reps based in or near Manhattan. Your primary responsibility will be visiting offices, retail stores, warehouses, and trade shows to introduce our warehousing and fulfillment services and build strong business relationships.
Responsibilities:
Visit 10–30 offices, retail businesses, warehouses, and trade shows daily in Manhattan and NYC metro area.
Speak directly with decision-makers to present our 3PL services.
Manage leads and sales pipeline using our CRM system.
Follow up by phone and email.
Work independently while staying in touch with the sales team.
Compensation:
10% commission on all client invoices for the first 3 months after payment.
$500 bonus per deal closed.
$35/hour for CRM and administrative work after your first deal (up to 16 hours/week).
Volume bonuses for hitting sales targets.
Earn 3% override commission on deals closed by sales reps you recruit (for first 3 months).
Requirements:
Live in or near Manhattan (ZIP 10001 or nearby) and able to be onsite 3–4 days per week.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to NYC metro offices and events.
Self-motivated and disciplined.
